Ayna ile cam arasinda kalan plastik parca titriyor, ses oradan geliyor. birlesim yerlerini bir kac noktadan silikonlu bant ile yapistirirsaniz ses kesilir. Aynanin arkasinda kaldigi icin görünmez. ya da tavan lambasini söküp içerden yapabilirsiniz. Servise götürdüğünüzde söylerseniz onlar da hizlica duzeltip veriyorlar.

may be check your thermostat, it is failing in these type engines around 250k kilometers

@@teknik562 no no I just bought a good thermostat and its operating temperature is 92 degree celcius but I think that on the 2.2 cdi-s the temperature should stay at 95 degrees, because I have another two e classes like this but with 280 cdi V6 engines and the temperature on those stays at 90 degrees

220 cdi engines (om611, om646 and evo versions) likes to operate around 85 degrees. so normally they have 82 degrees thermostats. but in some climates you can see 95 degree thermostats.

@@teknik562 if this is true it means like with a thermostat that opens on 82 degrees, the temperature of the car will stay 85 degrees, but 85 degrees I think is not good for the engine because I never saw a car operating at 85 degrees, mos of the cars operate on 90 to 95 degrees

Yep. I've replaced timing chain, chain tensioners and camshaft gears. This solved the issue
