I was in bhubaneswar during 70s . When I am seeing this video I am getting back into my old memories at bhubaneswar. This is the city which I like the most. Now I am in Hyderabad. But I make it to visit odisha every year. But since carona attack I stopped going. Again I would like to pay a visit to my favorite city which has become a smart city now.

Odisha needs smart cities equally like bhubaneswar Rourkela to Sambalpur Berhampur cuttack 3rdc zones headquarters cities by decentralized the state government administration, instead of confinded all plan and program s for 30lacs urban public of bhubaneswar,Rourkela. The state government administration is forgetting the 4half crores public of the odisha state for their negligence to 3rdc zones headquarters cities cuttack Sambalpur Berhampur and 30 district s headquarters 55subdivisions headquarters 314 block s headquarters 6798 gps headquarters, 53000 villages of the odisha state. The entire odisha state 4half crores hard working public s money and odisha state resources royalty money in the name of odisha state, the government administration urban development department secretariates directorates are since last 25 yesrs spending major urban development funds for bhubaneswar,but not giving equal development facilities to the entire odisha state 3zone cities and 30 district s 55subdivisions 314blocks ,those headquarters cities are practically and really servings to 4half crores hard working public of the odisha. For their urban infrastructure development and other major s to bring smartness for the state government administration not yet given attentions, how injustices for the all sector s public of the odisha state.???
