Please help the macos installer will not boot from usb

i cant download windows 8 and 8.1 from microsoft: "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available." Does anyone have an iso file with windows 8.1 for 64 and 32-bit systems?

I have the installer and the space for install on one partitioned 128GB stick. I go into the disk utility but then when I try formatting the partition to install MacOS on to APFS then it says no partition mapping. It seems I have to format the whole drive. I then tried putting the EFI and RAW on another 16GB stick. I then try booting from it only for it to give a 🚫symbol when I hit install MacOS Sequoia. What do I do?

It's better to use Chrome OS Flex instead of this. Then use gparted to resize the partitions, and more importantly use gparted to rearrange their order. That's all. When Gparted gives you a warning, choose Ignore (don't use the ignore option in other cases except here because it's safe in this particular case).
