If it’s under manufacture warranty and have receipt, contact Black and decker . They should replace it.

I recommend contacting black & Decker for an exchange since it’s still under manufacture warranty. They will ask for a copy of receipt and serial number on machine.

Good video. Helped me with removal of old cartridge (except that my wife keeps the top shelf completely full so my shelf lowering/removal was more of a pain in the ass than you experienced (-:)) Very helpful!!!
