why are you not feeding the cattle - they are starving to death ???

the cows are all well fed. more greens than dry fodder. all green fodder from our own farm - grass, spinach, kale, alfaalfa, etc. the smaller calves are 3 months and 20 days old. any particular cow that you think is malnourished?

yes all of the small cattle - it is obvious they are under weight. every 450 kg of animal needs 10 kg of dry plant matter every day. and calves should stay on their mother until they are 100 days old minimum to avoid malnutrition. 10 kg of dry plant matter is equal to about 30kg of green plant matter - how much do you give the 4 smallest every day - the 4 smallest need about 20 kg minimum of green plant matter every day plus milk.

Beautiful farm, well appointed rooms. So close to Jaipur and yet a world apart. Surrounded by the Aravalli. It was a pleasure to be there.

there's construction going on for the farmstay cottages in the front section. once it's completed we'll begin the landscaping with more trees, herb patches and flowers thanks

Love the plans you and your fam have for this place :) What do you think about creating several categories of videos on the YT channel - like "which methods and why"; "lessons learned"; "sustainable building"; etc...Because I know I'd love to learn more details!!
