Tiny roll of dental Floss or Kevlar thread would give you cordage, a couple of safety pins and some fish hooks would take up no room, either. Could probably fit a scalpel/Stanley or sgl edge Razor in there, too. (Could even take the scales off the SAK to save space!)

I'm not sure why you'd ever want to do something like that with a SAK, but now I know how that works, whereas I did not 5 minutes ago.

Using the scissors instead of the toothpick for picking up food, what a waste of 10 seconds of my life.

Another tool to do this stiching is a Speed Stitcher (there are various replicas as well). I find it awesome a swiss army knife can do this too. That will make it pretty much my only emergency repair tool now.
