Hello, Teflon is ok but in my experience I have noticed a visible gloss or shine to the applied transfer which can go away in the wash.

Hello there! On your handle structure you will see a circular electromagnet: turning that to face up or down is how we toggle between manual and auto opening function. Magnet up = manual mode, magnet down = auto open. Heat press must be powered on to use auto open mode.

Great question and honestly this will be the case with many standard sized doors-the short is answer is YES, it is safe. To do this properly, the touch screen side must be the top side when turned sideways (Epson logo bottom side). This will prevent the print head from moving accidentally while flipped vertical.

@@AAPrintSupplyCo thank you I just took a screenshot I’ll be reaching out soon. One question I do have tho, is there an ideal room temp the printer always needs to be in? I’m Northern California humidity isn’t an issue, but it does get hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

@@51075BIGRIGG you got it! As far as temperature to keep the printer comfortable and performing at it's best we advise a climate controlled environment between 60-80F. Overheating can be an issue with ANY electronics and the printer will display a high heat warning if prolonged use above 80F and may pause production until the temperature drops to prevent any internal damage.

I will say it is not sublimation and we do advise hand washing. If you must dishwash we advise top rack and normal heat. We are happy to get you some samples for review so you can the quality firsthand!

Love this! I’m wanting to use a mix of DTF and Siser Glitter HTV on some shirts. Can this be done if the glitter HTV will be layered on top of the DTF? If so any tips to getting a good press? Thanks in advance!😊

I bought this printer 3 months ago and you have no idea how many problems it will give you! Aside from that, the technical support is one of the worst I have ever seen; When you have a problem, they only know how to send you links so that you can try to solve the problem yourself! Buy another brand of printer! These come directly from DTF Station and the quality is one of the worst! I am extremely sorry to have bought this printer! If I had the opportunity to get my money back, I would!

Hi there! Did you check the disclaimer in the caption? This might help: *WINDOWS 10/11 Update - Windows updates can change files/format/etc which can interfere with Reverse Mode. Following the video up to **2:35**, right click and copy the file named GarmentCreatorInterface. Paste the copied file in the same Local Store folder you are in. Right click the new file (GarmentCreatorInterface - Copy) and select “Rename”. Name the file EnableReverseMode and we are done. Open Garment Creator to access your new feature*

Also, a common hiccup in this process would be to make sure to not keep the ".txt" at the end of "EnableReverseMode" by deleting that part. Let me know if that resolves things!

Have you guys ever thought about changing the name of your customer service dept to a big waste of time. Dept I’ve been trying to get an on off switch for this exact printer now for over a month and nobody even knows a part number so that I can get it. If I can even get someone to respond Can’t get responses to emails or phone calls. Maybe a better name would be big waste of time department because every time I need Customer Service it’s not available The KZbin videos look good, but the company is not do not buy from these people unless you just need more pain in your life

I don’t see a reafor am order number when all I need is parts to get this printer finally functional I need a power/ roll feed switch The process of getting replacement parts should not be ao hard A reputable company would supply a parts list to anything they are representing that they are manufacturing Phone is not answered most of the time Correct call back number is almost never used Email are long turn around and usually with a run around if answered at all
