To me, I chose it for presentation. I didn’t want days 1-15 to be “I did this one repetitive thing for 15 days THEN I got started.” It would make for a bad video in my opinion. Instead I chose the easier start to actually get going with the pack and jump into the content to have a more entertaining video.

@@BedrockBurger IMO that's subjective. As for me, i enjoy seeing the entire process. impov it creates a challenge against lazyness. 😄

I’ll keep it in mind for next skyblock I do. Also chose the easy one cuz this is my first time doing both a skyblock AND aiming to complete ATM9. Less to worry about

Deployers are meant to do that. They place the infested stone on the belts and the drills destroy the infested stone. The belts are to shove the silverfish to the death chute. May have missed adding that to the Short, been a while since I posted this

@@BedrockBurger ngl that was very creative lol. sometimes we just take some long routes for things we dont know the easy way. First time i played atm9 tts i didnt knew how to automate obsidian, so a sift blackstone to get magma block, and then wash the magma block with creat lol

After I get Allthemodium that’s on my list, but with evil dirt from Mob Grinding Utils. I got like 20 things written down for things I want to accomplish in the next 100 days, and I’m at 124 rn and accomplished 1/4th of them already Also I got plans to swap over to Thermal Series Phytogenic Insulators for MA seeds(since the lilypads lag when there’s a bunch), but that’ll probably be for days 200-300 since it’ll take a huge power generation system. My power is pretty good now, but not good enough

Yeah I’m using Powah for early game. Gonna go for DE or Mekanism once my power generation is steady.

@@BedrockBurger mekanism should be done first since DE is a little too hard, for distributing and storing power, def DE because it doesnt require you to fight the hardest boss in the history of minecraft

Wasn’t intending on fighting the boss until later on lol. I’m already recording the next 100 days and my goal is to get TO the boss, not fight it, once I get Allthemodium, then power up more with Apotheosis enchants. Gonna use Powah for ATM bars then look into Mekanism. I’m right now at Spirited for Powah just to hold me over until I can fully dedicate to Mekanism. Powah is INSANE early game. I got a bit more setup to do first. Goal of the next 100 days is DE up to the boss(for the weapons and armor, not power) and swapping to Mekanism power.

Issue is that I don’t play like that, nor have time, with an entire separate channel I post on and a part time job. MC content takes a lot of time. I flick from mod to mod like there’s no tomorrow. I mostly do overall stuff vs dedicate specifically to one mod In the next 100 days tho I have a mod in mind to absolutely dedicate to, not quite ready for it yet though

Can’t do it all in one video, too long. 100 days fulfills 2 things: 1. Trendy. I’m a small channel, I need the growth, and 100 days is popular so I get the views. This video is already top 3 highest viewed non-short, so it worked. 2. I can actually put videos out in a reasonable time. This one took me 3 weeks from start to finish to make. A full run would’ve taken MONTHS to do from start to finish. Whole mods in one video is more of a Terraria thing, which I have done on this channel before. Also more suited for an adventure mod pack to do in one video, like Dawncraft or Prominence.

Ohhhhhhhhh yea that is a thing. Only issue there is the actual generation of clay is a bit inconsistent. I have a copper and zinc factory too(through another Create add on) and they don’t generate as quickly as the basalt does

@@BedrockBurger what about dirt > Mud > Clay route?

@@shiro3146 thats more steps than basalt>netherrack>nether bricks, and dirt isnt automatable in Create. Basalt is automatable in vanilla. Clay is automatable but to automate clay its more steps on top of clay to bricks to nether bricks. So im using 4 steps very compact, going cobble to nether brick is more steps. I havent counted fully but more than 4. Easier to start from basalt
