All he is doing is teaching his dog to find a pig carcass on water. No smart agency would ever train with anything other than true human remains. Also, dogs don't retrieve the parts, that is done by a separate crew.

Both shit doesn't even know how to turn the diff lock on prob don't know the difference between high gear and low gear all they do is just tearing uo the ground with those street tire i mean cmon it's a fuckin defender a hill like 1:11 that should be no fuckin problem and that's not even a fuckin hill

The real winner here was the bloke who mugged them off with road tyres when they wanted mud terrains. Good to know that if I ever need to escape the police I can just cross a slightly damp field though.........

sheesh! and they have the gall to say decent greenlaners damage the ground. both would have more joy with a bit of training and losing the road tyres. I realise this was waste ground and not lanes but the principal remains.

actually they don't have sirens - they have an electronic bullhorn which they use when making progress. the HA is not an Emergency, or an Essential service hence no blue light exemptions. Their remit is defined in the Traffic Management Act 2004 and is: Officers must follow the directions of a police constable, and to exercise their powers, must be on duty and in uniform. For the purposes of: Maintaining or improving the movement of traffic on a relevant road over which the traffic officer has jurisdiction Preventing or reducing the effect of anything causing (or which has the potential to cause) congestion or other disruption to the movement of traffic on such a road, Avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using such a road (or preventing risks of any such danger arising), Preventing damage to, or to anything on or near, such a road, A traffic officer may: Direct a person driving or propelling a vehicle to stop the vehicle, or to make it proceed in, or keep to, a particular line of traffic, For the purposes of a traffic survey of any description which is being carried out on or in the vicinity of a road, to direct a person driving or propelling a vehicle to stop the vehicle, or to make it proceed in, or keep to, a particular line of traffic, or to proceed to a particular point on or near the road on which the vehicle is being driven or propelled (subject to the restriction in section 35(3) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (c. 52)), To direct persons on foot (or such persons and other traffic) to stop, To direct a person driving a mechanically propelled vehicle, or riding a cycle, on a road to stop the vehicle or cycle, To place temporary traffic signs and cones on a road

which then makes them an emergency vehicle then doesnt it?? Im an ambulance medic (currently solo responder) if I put in a shout for help because Im dealing with something in lane 3 alone then I want my help coming on the double quick! I wouldnt mind knowing HATO could at that point put on blues and get to me quicker, that would make them an emergency service... and in this day and age with the amount of vehicles on the road, They need to be upgraded, trained and utilised as such!

I agree. Prob is that blue lights are legally reserved for emergency vehicles. Technically speaking these HATO vehicles are not emergency vehicles although they're often first on the scene in emergency situations.

NYPA cylce unit with blues and twos have now been defunked. only lifecycle is yorks cycle response unit, with far better advance warning system,

Just to clarify: From speaking to the PSNI officers that operate this vehicle, there has been occasions when Gardai from the Rupublic of Ireland have borrowed a pair of water cannons. They temporarily re-registered them with Southern plates, and used them without PSNI assistance.

At no time was one deployed against protesters a lot of videos claiming to be of Gardai are in fact the PSNI or the former RUC - the police service for Northen Ireland, During the Dublin riots they were never deployed as the Gardai never had them, You really shouldn't beleive every movie that you watch, or everything you hear unless you were there

@Flamorgan Nope, as a person from the south I can tell you that all of those videos are from the north, the Gardai have only borrowed the water cannon twice, once when more states joined euro and a big celebration was held in a place called Farmleigh house in Pheonix park and the second time was when the Queen of England visited,
