I was one a similar ride once when it was at a festival one year it was fun (it's a Dutch festival near where I live in a different town like 4 towns, you pass by 3 towns on the way there lol)

This ride spins at a high rate. The centrifugal force pins you against the "seat." You can turn upside down, sideways, what ever. Have you ever took a bucket of water and spin it around an noticed the water stayed? The same physics work for this ride

I actually play by ear. All I did was I listen to the song a couple of times to get the right notes. I played the recorder along with the song to see if I'm playing the right notes or not. If you're confident about what notes you're playing, practice with the instrumental version. But, for SpongeBob, play along with the song and lyrics :) Good luck!
