Going to conference championships shows progress and improvement. At least Danny and that early 80’s team got us to 3 nfc championships after Staubach retired. They never quit. That’s the difference; culture. I always want to be in the final four! It’s not going to improve until the management improves.

I wish they'd just blow it up and rebuild. The Offense is arguably worse than last year. The D is the same or slightly better under Zimmer. Dak is just good enough to make sure we don't get high draft picks and just bad enough to not go deep in the playoffs. I don't feel like McCarthy outcoaches anybody. So yeah, pretty dismal outlook. The only thing we have going for us is some of our toughest competition in our conference got worse as well.
