I cannot believe just how few People have watched this. Its only 3 of the greatest minds that ever existed talking about strength training. Guess this video needs more od bosu balls, magic rituals and shooting flaming arrows while avoiding sharks tips.

Could definitely do this better. In our team we don’t bend the elbow. Lock it in instead. Lot of unnecessary movement. Do better next time guys.

I believe Prof Tim Noakes has rather disproved the whole idea of carbs being our primary fuel source. Your body can release/synthesize as much or as little glycogen as required given the activity. I believe in truth the real advantage of carbohydrate is the psychological effect, increased serontonin, improved mood and possibly a rebalancing of electrolyte levels due to insulin signalling, not to mention its anablolic effects and volumizing of muscle appearance that leads people to perceive higher energy levels when in fact there aren't.

When I was a teenager I would randomly do these and they would kick my ass. I didn’t realize I was actually on to something, I just knew it challenged me so it was my goal to be able to effortlessly do these.

First of all, thank you for making such a video, I hope everyone here reaches the height they desire.🙏🙏It took some time, but I started seeing gradual height improvement after consistent use of Shiydf height booster. While the results weren't instant, the product does deliver on its promise. I'm 24 years old and have gained over 3 inches so far

God bless Louie. But my goodness, my stretch routine has DEFINITELY made me a better athlete. Dynamic stretching easily helps me strengthen areas of my body. It loosens me, makes me feel better, helps me avoid injury. I guess if all you're doing is power lifting, then great, don't stretch I guess. But if you're doing any sort of endurance or fitness training, then please get onto a proper stretching routine. Check out Jon Call's ("Jujimufu") book on dynamic stretching. Amazing stuff. Yet I will say that the best stretch is a squat with a bar, getting low. I do it with every workout.
