I think you will find once you have all the mods running in the game again including the graphics mods some of the stuttering will be back.

Hmm...hi Dan! It flickers and stutters? Try the game vanilla...yes I know....😲 The flickering is about the graphic drivers I think. I saw it from time to time on Snowrunner too and I have a Nvidia inside. Real Companies and Gas Stations are still not perfect too for 1.50. Stay away from 400% Scaling, 200% should be enough. Have a really good cable connection to your monitor, it means a really good cable, a high quality one. ProMods needs more power. Some mods need more power. It's really different. Some areas are different than others. I do not have a really stuttering game. I have only the mods I need in a profile. Does your monitor has an automatic light setting? If yes, diable it. We can see the flashing you are talking about in the top right on your monitor. Do you use an HDMI cable to your monitors?
