You just need to do every move you can do until it pops up, this is my first time getting it too so just do what I do and you'll get it. You don't have to do it in one freeflow, you just need to do it in one round/fight

After having played the whole game and going through almost all the dialogue I noticed that like half of them make it seem like the option you chose was said and then followed up by what the character contributes to say, while the other half just says it
