I'm quite surprised how well the two blades masters got along.

I love how the run where you choose to annihilate Derrin is the same run where you found enough health potions to keep him alive long enough that he becomes a formidable fighter. Classic Exanima.

Blades master really is a stupendous companion.

I feel like falling in the sewers is super realistic. There's no way you're staying on your feet for long while wearing heavy armor and slip and sliding through shirt and piss in wet shoes.

I think they are turning on you because of the extended eye contact not because of you putting armor on them.

You can just go into combat mode and it will close all the windows so you don't have to manually do it.

Blasting that dude into the hole was just 👌🏿

Just started playing Exanima again. For the maze part, telekinesis makes the initial run and the gate maze too easy. No need to do the whole button and plank across.

I think you can't make eye contact with the recruited enemies for too long or they become aggro.

The fire sword looks better than it used to... they updated the flames since i last saw it.

I don't get hating Darrin... at least he doesn't turn on us like these creeps. Undead followers are nice too but take up mana.

Why wouldn't you use the rechargeable blue crystal first, run around, then when it's empty, pop a blue crystal in while the rechargeable one restores itself, pop the rechargeable crystal back in since it will have had plenty of time to charge, then rinse and repeat. This would greatly extend the amount of time you could have constant zero encumbrance and make the non-rechargeable blue crystals last far longer.

The president's armor is the best armor in the game, hoe can it not be worth it?

Who cares how slow you move if you're an unkillable tank.

Take the presidente armor and just use the rechargeable blue crystal!

Yo be fair, you were not careful at all around that corner... its why I will almost never jog around a corner near an edge... your armor on your knee catches the corner... you're dead.

I have never lost to El Presidente but Derrin also has never survived the engagement with El Presidente

Take the green gem back out of the sword! Don't waste the heals on a sword you're not even going to use!

The blade takes damage and then heals, same as you if you're wearing the healing mask. I would personally never waste a green gem in the sword. Proctors sword and or sword masters and plenty sharp and they don't affect my green crystals ability to heal me.

We're actually going to escape the dungeons? I assumed we'd keep venturing into the depths until eventually we ran into a necromancer with a hundred skeletons and an impossible fight, or a creature like a Balrog, which, much like my necromancy theory, would be a horrendous fight to win.

The unforgiving nature of this game is exactly what I love about this game. I swear this game is harder than dark sould because you aren't in total control, you have to depend on your character to make his blocks... and on Derrin not smacking you in the back of the head 😅.

I love how you jogged off the ledge and got pissed at the catacombs 😅

Derrin is worth having when he has the golem armor... golem armor also makes you a god of you just use the rechargeable gem before fights.

I didn't realise that's what the points were for. I guess you have to strip all low level gear for your main fighter and not use him at lower levels in order for max gear later?

18:36 I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, I might've missed it in the video. How did you open that sliding gate? For me it's locked and I have no idea how to open it, I've scoured the entire level and killed every enemy and I have no idea how to open that gate and proceed. Is it a bug on my end or have I missed something?
