Stupid, fool vs chu.. Has different connotation in receiver's mind although this is wat deliver intended because chu has different meaning in different context n differ tonality with diff delivery...
@TheFluentEdge
@TheFluentEdge 2 күн бұрын
Yes, words carry different emotional weights based on context, tone, and cultural perception. Even if the intent is the same, the impact on the receiver varies. "Chu" can have multiple meanings, making it more nuanced than "stupid" or "fool."

Why abuse in the first place?? Why can we not express our feeling with a different set of words
@TheFluentEdge
@TheFluentEdge 4 күн бұрын
Exactly! You raise a very valid point. Why do we resort to abusive language in the first place? Using respectful and constructive language can be a much more effective way to express our feelings and resolve conflicts. It's all about choosing the right words to convey our emotions without hurting others. Thank you for sharing your insightful thoughts!

Abusing in hindi is an emotion which is properly communicated. That is always missing in English
@TheFluentEdge
@TheFluentEdge 5 күн бұрын
That's an interesting perspective! You're right, abusive language in Hindi can be a way to express strong emotions, and the nuances of the language can convey a depth of feeling that might be lost in English. However, it's also important to consider the impact of abusive language on the recipient, regardless of the language. Do you think there's a way to convey strong emotions in Hindi without resorting to abusive language?

I can understand English well, but when it’s time to speak, my mind goes blank. Any tips for staying calm and organized while speaking?
@TheFluentEdge
@TheFluentEdge 9 күн бұрын
Don't worry, it's more common than you think! Here are some tips to help you stay calm and organized while speaking: 1. Prepare ahead: Take a few deep breaths, gather your thoughts, and mentally outline what you want to say. 2. Focus on your message: Instead of worrying about how you're coming across, focus on the message you want to convey. 3. Speak slowly: Enunciate clearly and speak at a slightly slower pace than normal. This will help you stay calm and avoid filler words. 4. Use positive self-talk: Encourage yourself with positive affirmations, like 'I've got this!' or 'I can do this! 5. Practice, practice, practice: The more you practice speaking, the more comfortable you'll become. Remember, it's okay to make mistakes - it's all part of the learning process! Keep working on your communication skills, and you'll see improvement over time.
