I experienced something like that about 2 years ago. At first I was able to watch 10 ads a day. After a few months I could watch only ilke 7 ads a day. Some time later I changed my tablet to a better one and since then I've been able to watch 15 ads a day. Not entirely sure if that was the case of low-end device for me though the fact is, it changed for the better when I switched to a newer model. Maybe the ads aren't supported on older devices anymore. I'm not sure.

This might be because of an older mobile device you're using. It works well on new devices. I used to have problems on my old tablet. One time I could watch ads and the next day I couldn't. When I had to switch to a new device anyway, those issues are no more. Now I can play max. 15 ads a day. Hope I helped.
