This was one of the worst movies that I ever watched. Saw it in a packed free movie mystery screening in NYC and the audience was silent throughout. Horrible

I feel like I know what’s going to already happen.. too much was given away in the trailer. They removed the son’s vocal cords? Wanna be doctor killed the people Who actually lived in the house? September is too far away.

I watched this film a couple of years ago (danish version) and just reminding of how it ends creeps me out. Left me feeling so disgusted and disturbed.

The storage unit section reminds me of Primer. Also, unrelatedly, movies that rely on the multiverse for their plot all suffer from the same misunderstanding of the multiverse. The conflicts are contrived. In a true multiverse, there are an infinite number of identical realities, just as there are an infinite number of different ones. With every conceivable and inconceivable permutation of existence there exists an infinite number of the perfect permutation that satisfies all of the traveler's conditions without the need for conflict. So unless the traveler searching the multiverse is a psychopath who is literally in search of a reality that requires a specific kind of effort for them to integrate into, either through killing, abducting, or harming in some way one or more people, if you have a properly functioning multiverse GPS you can always find a universe that is a perfect fit for all your needs without any conflict or effort to integrate into. So, in this movie's example, if other guy wants the perfect wife of the first guy, he can easily find a reality that has perfect wife whose situation is such that he need not replace anyone, let alone first guy, to have her. So if you ever watch a movie that uses the multiverse as a plot device and you hear any dialogue like this, "In all my travels of the multiverse, you are unique.", know that you're not actually dealing with a true multiverse. There is no such thing as unique in a true multiverse, there is an infinite amount of everything.

6 years sober. It was difficult, I slipped many times but this is longest ive been sober. Im not going back, movies like this remind me of how bad it was, how its not worth doing again. Took multiple tries but I did it thanks to my support system.

This really didn't need to be remade.... The original is already a classic. Americans are so weird, they just refuse to watch movies in a language other than English.

Can we go back to the "in a world" guy? I feel like I've already seen every movie before it comes out. And when I do watch anything made in the last 20 years, all the best parts are in the trailer... this sucks

Who do these idiots feel the urge to remake a good movie? 😂 It hasn’t been two years yet since the original Danish version. Now that was a good movie without obvious things like the kid telling the girl about his tongue like this. That movie was haunting. This one already feels… prostituted. I guess we’ll see.

I'm all for supporting Scoot and James, but this film has large shoes to fill after the brilliant Danish original from 2022. Also, they give away way too much in this trailer, damn...
