I noticed that in all her interpretations of Caruso given in performances from 2010 to today (at least the ones I have been able to see), in the last repetitions of the chorus, Lara sings the syllable "te" of the word "catena" in a higher note than to the one always used in previous performances, including, among the best, that of the 1999 concert From Lara with love.
