There were multiple reasons Mr. Dinesh. No.1 Management, we left in the morning requesting them to clean and arrange the room, when we came back around 7 p.m the room was as it is messy and dirty. No.2 The lady in the reception was very rude and non-responsive. No coordination between the service staffs and management. This resort has a great scope around morjim, if properly taken care off.

Yes, better to park on the upper deck, lower deck is pretty crowded and you might face difficulties to take reverse.
