My echo cardiography report - Valve(mitral valve) E-A of MV flow is 1.64 E- 180 cm/sec A-110 cm/sec Pressure gradient (MM hg)- 6 Regurgitation grade-0/4 Are these parameters normal? please confirm this. I am requesting you with folded hand🙏

Use Definity/contrast agent and identify whether there is vascularity within/or supplying to the mass. If there is, then it is a Myxoma.

Hi there... CARDIAC MRI will not be able to replace angiogram in any near future.... CMRI is mainly for diagnostic eg asess the myocardial viability.. Assess the structural of heart... Angiogram and PCI is the gold standard in diagnosis and give definitive treatment for ischemic heart disease.. We can stent /balloon they lesion immediately on the same setting.. So Angiogram /pci is diagnostic and therapeutic
