As a registered nurse with Parkinson disease diagnosis this year, I am very hopeful from your presentation. I think it's a good idea for young adults or even children who are predisposed to this disease something like this would have probably saved me. But at this point in my life I'm not sure if I want my body to attack opioid like it's a virus. God forbid what happens if I ever need them.

Two questions.1 what's going to happen when these people need pain relief? Why not just give people the chemicals they are trying to create in themselves?Dopamine serotonin and many others can be made artificially. You could have just as easily have turned on their pleasure centers with science medicine without dangerous chemicals. You make it sound as though tolerance is controlled by these antibodies. For pain patients a controlled tolerances level would be a miracle drug. I believe you all are going to destroy our ability to treat pain instead of helping people in need. You gave us fentanyl because it's cheap and it makes you feel horrible even if it does help pain. When there was no need for it. A happy healthy opioid user is a better worker than most who don't suffer with pain. Cognitively and physically.
