If there’s ONE criticism of SLCV, I would’ve dropped the sketches/before-the-credits stuff. Even though it’s The Actor Kevin Eldon in most of them and he’s ace, they just jar me. More Stew, less of that. But ‘More Stew please’ is ongoing and will never end. I’ve probably gone on a bit too long about that.

I saw him in Crawley this year. And I've been a fan of his since Fist of Fun days. The purpose of a touring gig is that it will be the same material every night. That material will be written with passion and love. The gift of the performer is to make it sound fresh each evening. Lee is a brilliant stand up. However, that said. Recently. He's let himself go. .
