I know this an old video but how much did you make as a company driver if yu was ever one ??

That oil leak at the back of the compressor is likely just the power steering pump gasket, fairly common spot for many engines to leak from what I’ve seen. Not a difficult repair, just 2 bolts attaching the PS pump and a paper style gasket

to check for blowby you take off the oil fill cap, and unhook the discharge line on the air compressor, and monitor your blowby psi, then put the oil cap back on and see if the psi is above limits, if you have 30000 engine hours or more you need a overhaul most likely.

Companies like martin, and yes, i actually drove for them, they get recapped tires because they are a cheap company! They are cheap on the pay scale, rhey dont pay for half the things they are suppose to. Ans they dont often pay the driver for detention or lay over pay.

You got it. I used to work for a company leased on with my own truck I bought from a dealership. When I was a company driver in the early years with them they were a good company. Then I became an o/o but they still want to force you like a company driver to haul what they want not what’s best for you. I turned down loads, dead headed from Florida back to Georgia and they intentionally made me sit claiming all they have is what I turned down. Shortly thereafter we parted ways. This is why you should avoid lease purchase programs. When you lease from a Carrier ( yes those made up finance companies they tell you specifically only finance for that specific carrier is a lie. It’s their finance company) and then lease it back on for use to that carrier they got you by the balls!
