I thought that I'm the only one that had problems with midea. I purchased two 12000-BTU units and both worked for two years. The code that came up indicated loss of refrigerant. I contacted midea customer service and they told me sorry the units have only one year warranty. No help at all from midea. I found out later from the owner's manual that the seals, cause of the refrigerant loss, have five years warranty. I contacted midea again and they gave me the run around. Since I was not able to find a technician that would work on window units I had no choice but to throw both in the garbage. Very expensive choice $1000.00 I could understand that one could be a lemon but two?

Video good and helpful. But terrible customer server at Greenworks. They will send you an offer to buy a refurbished trimmer at a good reduced price but when it comes it's broken, and never works. They then tell you no returns on refurbished items they sell you. Terrible, website says they accept returns cleaned up. There is a reason they turn off comments on Greenworks

Good first impression on the fan …BUT. I bought six of them in 2022 for new home my entire and back porch. Motor has given up on two of them. Another with loud noise before starting to rotate. They were all installed by electrical contractors that wired my house. I may have to replace two motors and no where to find parts for them. My advice, go with a known company even you have to pay a bit more but parts will be available.
