Geh i was litterly 1 step from the right location myself , i did not see the "add user without microsoft account" because i closed window down in rage when it keeped asking for an email. Which I absolutely HATE using on my pc. F**k how microsoft always freaking makes things less and less simpel when trying to make new versions "smarter" Microsoft's own freaking help link thingie didtn even explane this last step LOL . Sneaky bastaards trying to force use to use email accounts.
