If and only if there is a regulation in the real estate industry with regards to over promising returns. Very openly you have promised a 100% appreciation without understanding the fall in demand in real estate at the moment. These sample flats are constructed in a way to lure the buyers whereas the final product that gets delivered is always sub par that leads to agony amongst the buyers. Without even looking at the construction and front facade, I can say that these low rise floors would share common horizontal beams in two three buildings, thereby reducing the cost of construction for the builder. Eventually these floors must be occupied by end users to make their home, and when brokers start assuring 100% appreciation for the investors/buyers it brings me to conclude once again that by the team these floors will reach end users, the prices wouldn't be justified and they will remain unregistered in the hands of investors. Market understanding is really important before trusting the over promises made by the brokers.
