So should I just do three sets each of three different variations of pulldowns on pull day for the back? That would be quite convenient to stay at the same machine and get three exercises done. Or is that not sufficient? Great videos btw!

Close grip palms up pulldown is one of the best bicep exercises you can do. All just rotate your chest forward more and it's a compound bicep exercise

AND...that palms up arm puts the biceps in jeopardy. Unless competing in a powerlifting comp, I agree. Use double over-hand for safety.
