Oh, another one my mom used to sing, she was a high soprano. I always knew when she was going to sing a solo because she would practice the song everyday. Then come Sunday more, I would get antsy, watching and waiting every time the choir sat down to see if my mom was left standing. She would make her way down to the podium, and from the moment she opened her mouth and that first note would come out, I got goosebumps from head to toe. The hairs on my arms raised, and I would reach up feeling the top of my head because I could swear the hair on my head was standing up too. Then I would look around to see if anyone else hair was standing up too. I was pretty sure it was. My mom passed on November 20, 2012 and my uncle, who's a pastor, did her ceremony and told that story I told him. You brought back a wonderful memory for me. Thank you ❤

I was working in the rain all day.. and i just came home and an old video of my mother singing "There will be heavenly sunshine AFTER the rain" showed up on my phone. Oh, what i wouldn't do to hear her sing again. But this video just popped up at the right time after a rainy day <3

Yes, God is moving in my life.. he's got a hand on my life.. and that is what i want. But sometimes i feel like i resist the changes...
