I'm very concerned about the future of this home. Whoever purchased has striped it to the studs on the outside, I hope it holds its original charm when the remodel is complete. This is truly an LA masterpiece. Fun fact: set design for "The New Normal" was based on this house.

Her failure was at the built stage. Overpaid for the design and build! Once she lowered the asking price and went with the make over, it made more sense. People with the means to invest and buying into high end real estate are not stupid unless they are on drugs or something 😂

That was painful to watch the seller's decisions - no wonder California is so f*cked. The agents did great even with the limitations. If I were friends with them - I would have said "Let me do the 200k privacy investment for $1m. Yes please"
