I believe they are ROCOR if I am not mistaken. I once was traveling for business maybe 25 years ago and it happened to be St. Peter and Paul Feast and I wanted to find a church celebrating the Feast (on the old calendar). I was able to attend Vespers at this parish. They are like a throwback to the old Metropolia of 50-60 years ago, still old calendar, using a good bit of slavonic, but with pews and shaven priests. But with a real measure of piety, of keeping their tradition. I wonder if many from the modern OCA find their way here because they too want to keep the traditions of their past?
