Been doing Factor for several months. I like them but looking for something new (and cheaper). Might give Cook Unity a try.

Thank you. I just moved to Las Vegas and have been trying to save money, so I have been trying meal prep services. I just tried Factor 75 last week and Home Chef the week before. Overall, I liked both, but I'm really interested in trying Cook Unity because I tried it a few years back and didn't care too much for it.

I ordered factory meals four months ago and some of the meals tasted rancid so I stopped purchasing.

I just bought 8 meals but don’t have a microwave. Hoping the containers are oven safe.

You can put them in the oven or microwave. Oven probably tastes better anyways.

Maybe the sauce that accompanied the zucchini balls would elevate the couscous. Would love more taste tests.

I just had this surgery last week and currently recovering. It is a lot tougher than I thought it would be. I am hoping this surgery will give me some life back. Also I had the exact same surgery. Follow up is Friday and hoping to be in a boot. This non weight bearing is TOUGH! LOL thanks for sharing your surgery story. It gave me some peace.

Thank you, Anabel, for posting this video. You helped me understand the process and outcomes, and we both concluded that it is a good decision for my husband and myself to proceed with this procedure for my son Chase, who is fifteen years old. My mother told me not to do it, and my daughter even asked what was wrong with my son getting callous due to his severe flat feet, but neither one had this condition. My husband has flat feet, and he always complimented men about the arches in my foot; I always thought he was weird, and until now, I know about this condition due to my son. I wish I knew about this condition before picking my mate, lol! My son's flat foot surgery is on Thursday, July 25, 2024. I was apprehensive about his post-surgical scars and wondered about the scars causing him self-esteem issues and him not wanting to wear sandals or shorts, but he said himself, I feel like my scars will be cool! Kids are sometimes braver than we think. He said he would go to school online for the first semester, which is a great perk. I'm going to let him watch this video. I feel like a good mother again and will ignore other people concerning my only son, who will always be my baby boy.

Funny you said about people driving after foot surgery. I work with an idiot who drove after eye surgery. He even said if he needed another surgery he would drive home again

I have acquired flat feet in one foot. I rolled my ankle in the part which caused the tendon to fail. I got innersoles to push me over and relax the tendon. This worked for a year but then on the 9th of November as I was walking across the lounge in bare feet I felt something go. The pain was on an epic level. I got down to the ground and crawled to my bedroom to get my shoes with the innersoles on. It took another half hour before I could walk. I found out week later I had torn the tendon. My arch that I had completely disappeared after the tendon blew out. I am due to have surgery in October.
