Hello, I seen this random kid walk by on his way to college class today and could tell he had some death metal shirt on so I asked about it and then google Two Mold, lol... but I found this and am impressed. I don't know anything about the back story with the game plots or whatever but you seem like smart dudes and the metal is heavy and I like the Jackson and the BC Rich and the Deicide and Weird Al shirts!

I don’t listen to modern stuff that much, and the bands that I do enjoy (Gorod, Faceless, Obscura) mostly seem to say, they don’t really listen to modern metal that much. So… my question is… is modern metal mostly not that good? Or do I just gravitate towards bands that prefer older stuff maybe not in their style as such but song-writing-wise?

Nah dude, that's mostly because of these preconceived notion of what the evolution of metal has been about, it's an open to interpretation kinda thing - you've like induced yourself so much metal that you need more inspiration to escape from those noise technical riffs at your peak to understand and justify that you do not necessarily need to be metal to be metal, well if that makes sense haha

The extreme metal musician’s of us watching and listening to this interview, aspiring to get somewhere..... if you don’t feel some sort of motivation by the end of hearing them speak on their ongoing journey, then you’re not applying their words to the full potential. When I hear them speak on their direction and drive to get better with their songwriting and playing instruments, it’s making me wish I could leave my fucking work right now and get home to pick up my guitar and write music so bad. Like.... I needed to hear these guys talk about this. Basically, this is the best interview I’ve ever watched. And I can’t thank this band and this channel enough for having this interview. So, thank you....

I'm so happy that this interview resonated with you, because I experienced the same feeling as I interviewed both Adam and Kyle in this video. Great thoughts shared between the both of them and it is definitely a favorite of mine. Keep grinding away at the guitar. Amazing...first and foremost kudos to the interviewer for coming up with intelligent questions. This really gives you insight into the mentality of Vitriol as a band. Both gentlemen are eloquent, and articulate so well what metal means to them. As a fan of extreme music, I find it difficult to explain WHY I like this form of music...yes it is extreme but that doesn't explain anything. These guys put into words what we as fans cannot. Keep on rocking guys...

Having people capable of transposing and extrapolating the fundamental thing about life they appreciate, being aggression in this case, and make it music is amazing to me. I don't even listen to extreme metal, but there's depth to their music regardless of the genre. I listen to almost all genres anyways and what I get from these guys is unique. Long live.
