Hi there, the accompanying course-book (4 languages) is available through amazon.com, search for the book "cajon 100+ rhythm patterns". Let me know if you can't find it, OK?

Allright, I wish you good luck dear friend. I strongly believe this course is a must when starting with playing cajon. At the moment I'm putting together the next Volume (nr III) in which we'll dive deeper into more complex rhythms, deviating from the right-left-right-left-right... pattern.

HI Pablo, I just joined. I've been coaxed to play the cajon in a small jazz band, now all I have to do is to learn how. So here I am, and I'm a student with a purpose. By the way, I love the colours on your cajon! Can you tell me, is it ok to spraypaint a cajon? Or does this affect the sound quality?

The colours on a cajon are put on in the factory before they put a final coating or varnish, so I don't recommend putting another layer of paint on top as this will vanish bit by bit when playing. On the other hand I don't think an extra layer of paint or varnish will influence the sound of your cajon. Good luck with your new band, go for it! Ang thank you for subscribing on my channel.

@@lagaleria-feelgoodmusic3087 Thanks for your kind advice. I was actually thinking of doing the sides, and leaving the front as is. Unless I decide I like the effect of slowly disappearing varnish. You just gave me an idea. ;-)

Can u tell what metronome to set 4/16?
@pabloboness9116
@pabloboness9116 11 ай бұрын
I don't really understand your question. If you use a metronome, start with a slow tempo that feels comfortable for you, then increase step by step.

Dat doet me plezier Lut, de percussiewereld is dan ook zoooooo immens uitgebreid en elk instrument(je), hoe klein ook, heeft zo zijn eigen specifieke benadering en techniek om te bespelen.
