Where are your children?

Jefferson City was awesome. Pulled in at 6:30Pm day 2 and was planning on going on to Chamois for the night but my overnight gear was stuck with a ground crew in Coopers Landing for the next 8 hours. 1.4 miles away was the Baymont Hotel on the other side of the Bridge and I stayed there. The hotel was fantastic for about $100. The 1.4 mile walk in the morning when my gear arrived was one of the most memorable walks of my life. The sun was coming up over the river as I walked past the Capitol Building and walking across the bridge looking down at the river was beautiful. Thank you Jeff. City and all the volunteers at Jeff. City that helped me.
