I went to Target and got 3 of 4 the series. for 15% off (so they were about 20$ each) Rosetta, Marina, and Viola.. Clementine was sold out (so she's coming in the mail) I thought Rosetta was going to be my favorite, but it turned out to be Marina. I didn't think I'd like her as much due to the race theme, but she's effin gorgeous 😍 I love her hair, and that yellow fur coat is mega soft. Also, all of the vids I've watched Rosetta has thinly rooted hair, mine is no different. All in all, I love all 3 dolls and am excited to get Clementine tomorrow. I didn't think I'd like the legs, but they're very nostalgic for me and pretty. Marina has the most glitter ✨️ in her legs, like it comes up to her knees!

I agree, Violet always has the worst outfits. At best they are very boring. Plus i dont like the bangs. They are always messy. I would SO MUCH prefer having had POPPY continue. She was a favorite. 😢

Do you watch the cartoon episodes? Going through the Rainbow World portal dresses them for whatever part of the Rainbow World they're traveling to. Why on Earth did the portal dress her as a mermaid in a winter world?! It's SO DUMB and makes absolutely NO sense!

So nobody seems to want to activate the pump up snow in the gimmick plastic outfit.

Good honest review 👍! I like Violet but I've always liked the ones with bangs & they almost never give her bangs anymore 👎 I agree that her skirt is hideous 😂 I totally understand buying a doll that you dislike just to do the review, especially if you are one of the first to get her because that will get you views 🤓 It's hard enough coming up with content so being 1st in any review is the right idea. I don't like any of the gimicky dolls so I will not be buying them! Unless all these gimmicky dolls start losing sales they will probably never go back to the original styles due to the cost of everything going up 😞!

This review is a living proof of not to buy something you don't like from the very beginning cause the pre judgment here is strong.

This doll is just so much inferior to the original Winter Break Violet doll that it's just insulting! Not to mention that the quality control on this line seems to be very questionable. Why they didn't give her the original snow pants, I don't know, but this doll was definitely done dirty, especially when Violet already wasn't as interesting aa other RH purple dolls. I will not be buying anything from the RH Rebrand because it is absolutely terrible to me and doesn't feel like Rainbow High to me anymore.🖤💜

Ouch, a scathing review, but I suppose if you don't really like a doll before you get her then she probably isn't going to get any better afterwards. The effect on the purses looks like cracked ice. I don't hate this doll, though I tend to not buy Violets, but I would donate or resell her if she's that bad.

Good review 👍 I was hoping to see the water effect too. Her skirt reminded me of the new Color & Create dolls ruffled skirt. More gimicky dolls, I agree with you on that 👎 I think little kids are going to love these dolls but us adults not so much 😆 Okay my guess is that you bought her for the face & hoodie only 🤔? Are you planning on getting any of the other ones? I will definitely be passing on these.

I kinda wish they had her pet to this set since they didn’t make an another doll of this line with her pet on like the other girls so… that sucks.

The skirt just seems like something that would mold and ruin after use for a while. I think theyll eventually change back to normal dolls but probably a loonnng time from now because they arent getting the message.

The pinks are really calling to me, even though, like you, I greatly dislike the lack of wrist and thigh articulation. I think the straight eyebrows does make them look more youthful. Oh, and if I get this doll, the skirt is going straight into the garbage.

It's WILD to me how much money they spent to put the powder into BRANDED containers. That are eventually just going to get tossed/recycled. That production cost could have been invested into more USEABLE pieces that can be colored!

That is the worst quality of hair I have ever seen on a doll in all the decades I've been collecting.

The more I see of the Winter ones the less I like them, even Sunny who I was going to get, so I will save my pennies for my Sparkle and Shine dolls. I am sorry the Fantasy skintones went out the door, so I will rebody and recolour their hair to customise them. At least that way they might look similar to what they were going to be. I wanted them to be the new version of Shadow High, but alas not to be.

I think the reason her eyelashes look longer is because they have less eyeshadow on their lids (it doesn’t go as high as it did on the original dolls), giving that illusion.

I actually love tinsel, especially the clear iridescent kind like this girls got!

You know. We pay more now and get less. Its terrible. But like with Barbie and mattel they always hade stuff like this. I can without the thigh joint, i never use it anyway. But the hands i want back, but i understand why they removed it. it broke to many times.
