I couldn't recall what this act were called, nor could I remember which show they auditioned for. In desperation, I typed in "move your body", and hey presto ... here I am ! This guy on the right (presumably he just travels with the other bloke like a support animal on a plane) is absolute genius ... "C'mon ... move your body ... wo-oah !"

I was told to pop that out, and it will focus better at night to give a crisper picture. I do also have UNV201 illuminator to brighten things up.

I’ve been using the cap lift it up at night time and it never seems to get focused enough and stays blurry. Hopefully popping this out. Will make it a little bit more of a crisp picture.

Thanks for the tip - re 'Grun, or Grin' torches & a reality of the new sievert promatic torches. I can't believe this video hasn't had more views -- not many show potential difficulties of an expensive upgrade as clearly. Q, - did you change to 8mm hose to get more flow,& heat/flame🔥? .... Or because you had to for matching the new gun? I think mine is the 6.3mm internal diameter hose attached to an older Sievert 'twin-knob' torch & seems to work adequately
@PeakyBlinder
@PeakyBlinder 6 ай бұрын
8mm internal, the twin dial cieverts are ok, I just don't like the way the controls hit the floor when you put them down, the grun guns have side mounted dials, and a protected idol screw. These new guns are all dead now. Most of our work is all self adhesive heat guns nowadays.

Looks like an excuse for sloppy tolerances per Huben. For the cost, the barrel should be finished off better. I just bought one of these Hubens in .25, maybe should have done better research?

Newbie here- Q. In your experience Does it work ok to simply buy & attach an extension neck tube- to a sievert detail roofing torch to make it into a longer torch: & upgrade to a 10m hose---- will it run ok- do you know? I see the propane high pressure regulator is adjustable -- hopefully it will have enough pressure to run the longer torch & hose length? Thanks for sharing the problem with the new promatic head
@PeakyBlinder
@PeakyBlinder 8 ай бұрын
The thing with the new seivert guns is the neck isn't interchangeable they are fixed. So you need two guns. I use grun my self I gave up on the promatic. Grins are interchangeable. All regulators are 4bar max, it won't be a problem with the gun neck length as lone as your hose isn't too long. Also I changed my hose to an 8mm so had to change the nipple on the regulator and gun. Max hose length should be about 10m. Longer than that you will lose pressure.

Awesome where do you get these from …. It’s the only trouble ammo falling through into the barrel and jamming the gun
@PeakyBlinder
@PeakyBlinder 9 ай бұрын
Kelly at KRAZ Cool Air Guns LLC . A little tip when you get a magazine jam, Carry with you a bamboo or plastic rod, When the mag jams unwind the regulator to let the air out of the plenham, this loosens the mag and takes the pressure off the jammed pellet, then slide the rod down the barrel and tap the pellet back into the mag. This way you don't have to strip the gun down. The stock mag is slightly cone shaped meaning you need to seat the pellet or slug to the front of the mag, This one from Kelly is the same diameter from front to back and I no longer have projectiles rattling round in the mag .

@@PeakyBlinder awesome dude thank you I’ve had two of these guns for 5 years and really like them but that’s just just annoying when they jam …. Thank you for the tips really appreciated

@@johnmorton105 no worrys, And you can't push the projectile to far back as the transfer port has small blades on it to prevent the projectile being pushed too far back. Then just re set the regulator and you will here the plenum fill up and the click of the mag rotating spring re set, It saves a lot of hassle stripping the gun down. Good luck.

Hello. Can you specify the barrel parameters? First of all, you are interested in the twist of the barrel (the length of one turn of the rifling). Do you have information about the barrel manufacturer? Do Huben produce the barrels themselves or do they purchase them (for example from Lothar Walther)? I will be grateful for your answer. Regards, Ivan
@PeakyBlinder
@PeakyBlinder 9 ай бұрын
Huben make the barrels in China, I no longer use that barrel I purchased a custom barrel from krazycool airguns, it is 4 inches longer and has improved the huben quite a bit,

@@PeakyBlinder Thanks for your reply. Did you change the barrel yourself or did you purchase a rifle kit already modified by KRAZ Cool Air Guns LLC? Could you tell me the outer diameter of the original huben k1 barrel? Regards, Ivan
@PeakyBlinder
@PeakyBlinder 9 ай бұрын
@@user-di4ds1nv9u the custom TJ barrel was designed for the k1, it is 100mm longer so I had to remove all but 1 of the baffles from the shroud, I fitted it my self which was very easy to do, But mind you don't lose the plastic c clip from behind the mag, I have a 2022 version and the alignment of the mag was quite easy to do, I haven't got the stats on the twist rate but looking down the barrel I would say it is a slow twist . That TJ barrel with the .218 mag has definitely improved accuracy,

Well, I couldn't get slugs to group so I bit the bullet and ordered a custom .218 magazine and a custom TJ barrel from krazycool airguns, I haven't had time to try the slugs properly but the jsb redesigns are grouping just perfect at 1023 FPS 130bar reg 28 clicks out. I upped the reg to 150 but didn't see an improvement, so dropped back down to 130.
