hello me and my mom are planning on going therye next month but she and i was wondering about the childs privacy as in me i whant my own space i dont whant to watch my mom sleep. i was wondering if theyre was any rooms for children or not ?

Hi, thanks for your comment, there may be family rooms available, our room did have a sofa bed in it and the room we used for changing before our departure had a connecting door to another room, but we would recommend you contact the hotel direct with your question for a suitable answer, cheers

I was there on vacation in 2008. The hotel was fully furnished and almost empty - apart from our couple maybe three or four other families. I hope this place reopens soon. I can't wait to go back there.

Hi, thanks for your comment, there was a HDMI socket on the wall by th TV, and rather than struggle to plug my firestick into the TV which was mounted on the wall I tried it into this socket, and it worked, but, it confused the TV and we lost the menu system etc so after doing that twice and having to call the engineer, we gave up on that.

We were in Teguise on the 9th of July, only a few days after you filmed :) Had lunch in the croissanteria opposite the church which you can see @0:40. It's a lovely village with lots of small shops, churches and quite a few information boards (in English as well) telling you about the town. Well worth a visit! Thanks for the video!

We just had our first week ever in Lanzarote (1st to 11th July 2024) staying in Playa Blanca (at the amazing Hotel Volcan!), so would have been around when you filmed this :) My wife and daughter didn't fancy the hike to the top of the mountain, so I've postponed it until we come back some time in the future, but it's great to see it from this angle! Thanks for the video!

Really rock steady footage! DJI drones are by far the best when holding their own especially out in the windy Canaries! Great views of Fuerteventura & Lobos in the distance too 🤘🏻

Thanks Dave, I surprise myself sometimes when the drone just does what I want, I had various strong wind warnings I just ignored them and it performed brilliantly, when you've got time just try it push it and you will see, have fun, cheers

Hi, thanks for your comment, it was a superior side sea view room, we actually booked a superior room and they "upgraded" us to a side sea view room, but all rooms have a sea view, cheers

If you're going here be prepared to buy your own food this is a rolls Royce with a reliant Robin engine 2 star max for food

Thanks for your comment we agree although we think you might have been a bit harsh, but the food needs working on, but we got a good deal HB so we eat out every other night or so, the breakfast is OK though, cherrs

@@andyboardman7428 I think you've just got to be careful near the airport, I use an app called "drone assist" it shows you where the restrictions are also the dji app will show you too, other than that common sense, cheers

@@andyboardman7428 yes we deposited our cases free of charge and they gave us a courtesy room free for 30 mins to freshen up and change before leaving g of the airport

Thanks for the detailed video of the room! We're coming here in July :) I don't think that storage area is for luggage. I'm pretty sure that little bench is for sitting down while puttin on your shoes. Doesn't make sense to have a cushy bench for luggage storage. Great that they have a socket for HDMI that connects to the TV, do you know if there still is a socket for HDMI at the back of the TV? I find it less messy to just plug the fire stick and the USB for charging to the back of the TV.

I discreetly took off from the car park, as it's private land I had to be careful, you could take off from the public highway and still manage to film it all though, cheers
