Dear sir, let me tell you this: director Mike Mitchell didn't bother adding a backstory for Chameleon and Zhen, he thought the movie had to be funny to earn more money. By the time productors made him change his mind, it was too late to add Chameleon's backstory. But this video is important for a reason. You just did what director should've done sooner: you made the Chameleon a person and not a stereotypated villain. You gave us the story we and she deserved. And I fully accept your video as canon. It fully explains why she is what she is now and it gives her plan & actions to take Kung Fu a whole sense. I wanted you to know this, I mean sincerely. Greetings.

Here, the chameleon wasn't rejected due to her height, she was rejected due to her lack in kung fu, that would have been a better backstory

In this movie, she was not accepted into the kung-fu school because she was too weak.

Actually she had talent for Kung Fu, as she took down those bamboos with her skills. Her height wasn't a problem, but because of that the judges labelled her as weak and incapable so they didn't even let her perform a little and got her to leave the stage without ceremony. Not to mention what she endured from bullies as short kids in real life do. It wasn't her height the reason she became a villain: it was due to prejudice and bullism. The same things Po endured in the first movie, albeit he reacted in a different way. Chameleon is what Po could've become if no one believed in him: "We started the same but we will end differently." That should've been in the movie, it's so fitting for both. In this video, Chameleon is proof some villains are made, not born.
