I suppose you are totally unaware of this message from the New Forest National Park Authority. Visitors are reminded that wild camping in the Forest is not allowed, as this is a highly sensitive area for wildlife. Wild camping can cause real damage, resulting from discarded litter, fly-tipped equipment, and fire risks from irresponsible fires and BBQs - all posing major risks to the landscape and wildlife.
@motorbikewayАй бұрын
@TheNewForestObservatory I am aware of the public information provided by the New Forest & local council. I have enough brain cells to enjoy this activity without leaving garbage or posing fire risks. I completely support the decision to not allow wild camping. This may sound contradictory, but I have my reasons. Thank you for your kind care and attention to post this comment as useful information to others.

@@motorbikeway Don't get me wrong - I have no time at all for the NFNPA who are as far as I'm concerned a bunch of workshy time wasters. Point is, if any of the park wardens catch you, or people that follow your lead, then you could be in for a fine. Glad to hear you camp responsibly. I did a lot of camping over Dartmoor (where it is still just about allowed - and long before this "wild" camping nonsense came about). Got woken up early one morning by a stoat that managed to break into the tent.

Hi great video would this tent be to big to carry around backpacking
@motorbikewayАй бұрын
@Mr34LUKE34 it is possible, but I'd probably recommend their smaller model (Slumit INCA1). Much better for backpacking.

It seems you are eating 400-500 calories a day or am I wrong? I know you didn’t count the calories, however I am wondering an estimate. This video really shows to me that I need to eat more vegetables! The way you plate your food makes it look rather delicious.
@motorbikeway4 ай бұрын
@@ampthemilks I'd say that is a good estimate for calories consumed each day. In my old notes, it appears I wrote down that the peak was around 850 calories per day (not including the cheat days). All the best!

Well done mate im guessing you probably dont use this youtube now but im very conscious about my arms and legs being thin so im just wondering after all of that what differences it made to your arms and legs in size or if anyone else who sees this has done this any help is appreciated
@motorbikeway4 ай бұрын
@stephenbartosiak1706 thank you very much for the comment, I found that I lost weight in the arms and legs on the 4th week. With a diet this strict, it is possible to lose muscle mass when fat reserves are low. It would be much better to do this diet for 8 weeks, eat more protein daily (feed the muscles & lose the fat). All the best.

I'm a bit confused. You have "blue" antifreeze in the UK? We only have green antifreeze here in the states, and I've never even seen blue antifreeze. They use orange "Dexcool" in most new American vehicles now. And what is "De-ionized water" exactly? I've read about it for science experiments. But here, we use distilled water for topping off lead acid batteries, and filling up engines, I thought distilled water was sufficient because all the iron, acids, and minerals are removed during distillation.

All in all, a well done video. Thank you for taking the time and effort and sharing your knowledge. I would urge you to caution your viewers, however, to monitor the brake fluid reservoir, as the level will rise and often overflow when pushing the pistons back in. The paint on the bike will not like the brake fluid, guaranteed 😢
