Who do I need to contact about brackets that came with hoops not fitting my embroidery machine?

I purchased both the 6.9”x6.9” and the 12”x11.5” brackets for my BAi. They arrived in the same box and have 2 different sized metal brackets - one very short and narrow (about 3 1/2” x 1 1/8”) and the other much larger (about 5 1/4” x 3 1/8”. Like a previous commenter, there are no instructions on which bracket goes on which hoop. I’m assuming the smaller hoop uses the larger bracket (and vice versa). Is that correct? You folks really need to include instructions.

I just received my 5 x 5 Maggie Frame and 3 issues I found when receiving it. 1. Packaging, it was delivered to my house, in a plastic shipping bag with NO PROTECTION, shrink-wrapped in another plastic bag. 2. Very flexible hoop which concerns me 3. The mounting screws for the brackets are small and if they get stripped, it would lessen the strength of the brackets. The reason these guys can slam the bottom hoop onto the main hoop portion is because there is barely any plastic holding that magnet of theirs. and nobody I know would slam the hoop down over 55,000 times. AND, these are bogus tests because they are being used how they are INTENDED TO BE.

@@TheEmbroideryGuy thanks for your feedback. 1- we will improve the delivery package to protect the magnetic hoops in a safe and better condition. 2- the magnetic hoops are a little flexible comparing to the competitors’. Because we chose far high durable raw material to produce the hoops. The flexibility will not hurt your embroidery quality, and the high durable raw material make our Maggieframe magnetic hoops have a 40 time more longer lifecycle. Our honored customers don’t need to buy a new magnetic hoop to replace because it is broken after a few years. 3- the mounting screws are not as big as the competitor’s. Please don’t worry, they are strong enough. The screws are made of stainless steel and you see this mounting will never have burrs. Who is going to embroider something with 8 layers of fabric? If you hold 6 or 7 you are good and show that you can do the job

Interesting. No one is ever going to hoop anything that thick but you proved the strength of the magnet. Looks like a great product. I would have bought one or more if I had heard of the product, it worked on my machine, and if it was priced right.

Where do I get the offset frame brackets shown on this video? My ST-M1716 came with standard frame ears that are centered on the sides. The frame is too big to fit my frame support brackets before it hits the Pantagraph arm.

I have the larger hoop shown halfway through the video. There are 5 screw holes on the frame but only 3 screw holes on the brackets. How should the frame and brackets be aligned? I have a bai mirror. Thank you!

the five screw holes design is for different brand of machine adapt. Please just choose the 3 screw holes at same position. if your BAI MIRROR can accept all the embroidery space of your this big magnetic hoop. just use the 3 screws holes outside direction

Hello, I order the 12x8 Maggie hoops from you guys. I wish you made a 13x8 like mighty hoops for em1010. The 12x8 Maggie Hoop Embroidery Area was a let down. It doesnt do the same embroidery size like my Regular 12x8 hoop.
