How much did you spend for a night? Just curious as I've heard anywhere from $1200 - $1700 per person. Thinking about going there next year

Yeah, as a lifelong Oregonian I was surprised to hear about Portlands sordid past. From about the 1850s to around the 1940s it was kind of like the Las Vegas of its day. The place where you went to have fun and party but there was a serious dark side to the place

There are no designated sites. From the website, "Where to camp: When it comes to primitive backcountry camping..., there aren’t really any designated sites.". And im also not convinced all rhe pica are from the gorge. Why pur out a video on something you're clearly not knowledgeable about?
@CuriousAmericana11 ай бұрын
First of all, use spell check. Second, there are never “designated sites” for backcountry camping…that’s what makes it backcountry camping. What else you got?
@jeremygriffith749611 ай бұрын
@@CuriousAmericana Please just stop. Allow me to educate on something you should have researched before you made a video like this. Designated means you must camp in a specific, predetermined location. You typically reserve such a spot. The Smokies would be such an example. Other locations, such a red river gorge and Big South fork, just south, you are free to camp anywhere you wish as long as you follow certain rules. Take some pride in your videos and try to do better next time. Good luck.

There’s over 1000 documented arches in the RRG geological area. Also you used pictures of an arch that doesn’t even fit any land I’ve ever seen in America.
@CuriousAmericana11 ай бұрын
You should probably get out more then.
@angiewatson86497 ай бұрын
There are no designated backcounrty campsites in RRGGA. And i believe the arches they are showing are out west, but the gorge doesn't need fake images of the area to be stunning. They should have used real pics of the area

The Apalachiacola Bay oyster harvest has been shut down since 2020 and will probably not reopen until 2025. Do some research before you post a video telling lies.

Um, no it hasn't. Some of the harvesting was shut down, but not the cookoff. How about you check your facts before spouting off nonsense on someone else's page? www.oystercookoff.com/
