Diear Piers, great topic. How would you know that you have reached "balance"?

Jeury, good question ... in my experience I notice being out of balance more than I notice being in balance. It requires continuous self observation and checking in. I do believe the key is in the body, a somatic, felt experience of harmony and ease. Elusive but totally delightful when we find it. Even if just for a moment.
