guys don't buy properties from russian properties sellers, they topped total price with 15-20% they commission, if you wanna cheaper contact direct to building society and ask for discount 15-20%

Looks like if your crypto gains are based abroad, you don't have to pay tax for that. But not 100% sure.

Hi Are you saying that you pay less Tax for ready property, what do you mean by ready propert ? Do you mean ready to move in ? Developers say that it is better to buy under construction because it is cheaper and by the time it is ready to move the price has gone up .
