Note for the bell on it's back: if you break it it massively damages it's white bar, if you focus on attacking one part of it with ice crystals until they are all gone you'll also deplete a decent chunk but the bell is by far the biggest hit.... but as you broke it while his white bar was already gone it did nothing....

In regards to Forte Awakening, actually it really depends. To begin with there are three types of resonators: Congenital, Natural & Mutant Resonators. Congenital Resonators are born with their Forte, or awakened their Forte in their early childhood, like Encore and Verina, but also Aalto and Jinhsi are Congenital Resonators. Then there are Natural Resonators that naturally awakened their Forte over time, like Yangyang and Jianxin. And then there are Mutant Resonators who experienced extreme conditions, surges of energy, or emotional distress that led to a sudden awakening of their Forte, like Jiyan and Xiangli Yao. That is essentially what Mahn is explaining at 4:08:53 in a super abridged form xD
