如果先將所有的青菜先下去炒熟 或炒半熟, 再加入米粉下去炒 應該會比較節省時間

其實。整個中国尤其是農村地方!他們的所謂美食! 總是離不開大煱菜!很多省市都一樣?😜這是廣東省華南一帶, 找不到的食風! 因為,大窩菜。不分食物材料,不論刀工!只要全部往窩里放!一個千人大鑊,來者不拒! 各種調味料。隨意加入! 每人一雙筷,一個砵頭!就可以開餐!大家端起一碗!自自在在。到處隨便坐!😜😜😜 省卻很多無謂的排場!😂😂😂 吃飽為上啊👏👏👏😀👍

I would like to see him doing lo mein(stir fry noodle) at Panda Express,I like to see him how fast he can stir fry the noodle.The way he does for showing off for one order of noodle for a short period of time.If you are the cook in a Chinese restaurant you will not spend the energy for a dish the show is over no audience in the kitchen

这就是技术了,粉的湿度,猪油,菜的水分就不需要加水,炒粉加水那就业余了,那不就是煮粉了😄
