Very interesting experiment. 2:45 is an amazing time. That's something to be immensely proud of. I have no doubt he could have done 2:25 with more sport specific training. Mileage matters when preparing for a marathon.

Its a pity this brilliant product is not more affordable, the price is only afforded by those that are sponsored and as usual the people with money. Hopefully in time it will become more affordable, this usually happens when other competitors produce similar products. I for one will be quick to jump on board.

You are amazing but you're eating industrial food and drinking water in a horrible plastic bottle...that's not healthy at all..what the point to play sport to destroy your health with these food and plastic ????
