Very interesting experiment. 2:45 is an amazing time. That's something to be immensely proud of. I have no doubt he could have done 2:25 with more sport specific training. Mileage matters when preparing for a marathon.

Its a pity this brilliant product is not more affordable, the price is only afforded by those that are sponsored and as usual the people with money.
