One thing I'd like to add onto the video about laptops, if you're doing a screenshare and the laptop is slow - it's not a great showcase of an agency at the forefront of tech.

Did try and do this in one take but couple of corrections: - The weekend chat that normally takes place on a Friday evening will likely take place on Thursday evening instead when all employees finish on a Thursday. - The maths are just based on what growth is theoretically possible over a 3 year span when an agency works one extra day and how this translates and compounds. Not factoring in staff effectiveness etc... - Finally, in regards to inefficient employees - my point was all staff provide varying levels of efficiency and it would be best working on processes and standardisation where possible then the agency can make a true forecast on reducing capacity by 20%.
