Just signed a contract to build a Beazer home last week because of the energy efficiency standards that far exceeds all other national builders. Thank you for leading the industry on how houses should be built using the latest in building science! All other builders are still building houses using 1970s building science. I'm excited to eventually add solar to my future house and try to be at net zero energy or even passive house standard!

What a terrible tour. 4 pictures and 2 are basically of the same thing. a 2,450 sq/ft house should have a walkthrough or something. You'd think for a $600k home you could at least show what is being purchase.
