I feel like the profit margin is a little slim considering the amount of work and number of things that could wrong. You could easily spend an extra 20k beyond your budget. Good luck though man wishing you the best.

@cartercrowley since you're using the banks money and not doing the actual work yourself (I'm assuming??) It's not too bad. If you only make 10 or 20 k instead of 40 it's not a big deal. But that place does look pretty rough

Just built an inner concrete wall right next to the crumbling wall and it worked fine cost big bucks though and we are in a high end neighborhood so hopfully we can recoop.
